  1. How to make payments at Pehla Sauda?

You can make payments via multiple modes – Cash on Delivery / Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI – BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm.

  1. In how many days refunds are initiated?

For all payments, refunds will be credited between 3 – 15 working days depending on the mode of payment, in the same bank account.

  1. How does bill/receipt will be provided?

You will get the e-receipt after placing the order and another receipt will be provided at the time of delivery.

2. Order Cancellation

  1. The order can be cancelled within 5 minutes, if it will be cancelled later than 5 minutes, then customer will be charged a fees of Rs. 25.
  2. If customer wants to return an item then you have to register a complaint within 2 days of time, our customer support team will contact you and resolve your issue. The amount will be refunded back for that particular product only.

4. Delivery FAQ’s

  1. Are there any delivery charges ?

Yes, Pehla Sauda charges a minimal amount of delivery fee for orders below Rs. 850. Free delivery, for all orders above Rs. 850.

  1. Orders can be placed 24×7 at https://pehlasauda.in
  2. Our delivery timings are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  3. You cannot change the address after placing the order, the only option is to cancel the order and place another order.
  4. Pehla Sauda can cancel the order due to unavoidable circumstances, weather conditions, or location issue if roads are not well connected to the delivery place.
